Returns
To request a return, please contact us at support@saintsfriends.com before sending your package.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because our products are handmade specifically for you, personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.
We will gladly offer:
- a free replacement,
- or a full refund if appropriate.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
